Must be wrong as its showing the baseline at 270 rwhp. pazzer.

Agreed. Also, if you just accept the error in the graph as just a scaling issue, the chip by itself only provides a peak gain of about 5 hp, which is pretty weak compared to some of the better chips out there. No wonder nobody has heard of these guys!
