How do I match the Amazon Green Pearl effect in a model paint? Anyone have any ideas?

If you go to a hobby shop or two you will all but certainly encounter some model-nerd who will give you helpful advice on that and a lot more. I got my hobby shop to paint the car body with an airbrush.
