Interesting. I've been a long time member with zero postings. Now I have all ~60 of my posts in just the last month. Not sure why. Probably because I finally got a new computer and wireless for the house!!! Welcome to the 21st century!!! Originally, I started with the intent of selling (this was about 6 months ago), So, I thought it better be in good shape. Good shape has cost $200 + $500 + $700 + $1500 since January. Ok, now I can't afford to sell it, or did I just have a reawakening how nicely it drives? Or do I have to own it for at least 5 more months to get my money out of it? Regardless, with the Florida heat, my experience is that there are more people willing to get out of the house in October -- 3 more months before I think about selling it again. In the mean time, be a very active member.
