I think you're looking at last year's results. Here are this year's results:

It was a great weekend. Definitely the biggest win I've ever had. I'll try to post some video in a few days.

Sorry about that. NASA needs to update their championship site. It's not overly clear the results posted there are last years. Congrats again.

yay! Maybe this will bring some more exposure to the 968, although I don't know if it's a good thing! Hmm, I think you guys need to stop winning so we can keep our exclusivity!

Jim set a new lap record for GTS 2 with a 138.5 lap time in qualifying.

Thanks Jim for showing me around the track.

Unfortunately, My race weekend finished early on the Friday qualifying race

when a 911 spun in front of me and I had no where to go but into him.

New front Bumper, New driver side quater panel and 1 new fab car control arm

and I'll be back on the track.

Jim is indeed the talent at this track. I am convinced that as soon as I learn his line

that GTS 3 will have 968s on the podium as well.

Thanks Charles. Sorry your weekend ended prematurely. Charles has proved that a lightened 968 can be competitive in GTS3. On Friday he was only 1 second off of the GTS3 leaders, all of whom have MUCH more Mid Ohio experience. If he had made it to Sunday he would have been right there in the fight for a podium. The GTS3 podium was swept by BMW's this year, but I'm betting that Charles will change that next year.

Here is some video of the middle part of the GTS race. At this point I'm running in second place in GTS2, and I'm separated from the GTS2 leader by a faster class GTS3 944 Turbo S, #122. I pass him on the outside of turn 1, but he fights back for a couple of laps. Once I get comfortably past him I then run down the GTS2 leader the #64 911. This entire time I have the third place GTS2 car inches from by rear bumper. I finally get past the #64 car at the end of the video when a lapped car compromises his entry to turn 11. If you look at my rear view mirror you can see his car beside mine all the way to the exit of turn 13. In the end I finished .7 seconds ahead of the #64 car, and he finished .7 seconds ahead of the 3rd place car.

That's good racing. You really reeled him in under braking and in the corners. You got the perfect oppurtunity to get by because it looked like he was going to be hard to pass with the better top end.

Great Drivng Jim and congratulations on the victory. You earned it. I think the 911 was sweating so much from your pressure, he just blew it passing the 944.

Cheers, Stephen
