Hello from Charlotte.  I have recently fallen for the 944 (which I never really liked when I was a kid) and the new to me 968 (which I can't believe I missed when I was in HS and College).   The 968 takes so many of the design elements of the 944, 928, and even 959.  

 

I hope to purchase a cab (or a club sport coupe) soon as a weekend ride and wanted to learn as much as possible.

You are aware that Porsche did not ship Club Sports to North America, right? Not to say that there aren't a few, or some tributes, but they are essentially unobtainium.
