The code that I just got is the hall signal. Haven't had this one before. Not sure where the connector is so I can remove and clean it. Is it the one just near the power steering reservoir? Anyone have a photo? Also got a 1-1-3-1 knock sensor #1. Will also look at wires to that but I know where they are.

Must be fate - just this morning I comments that the white car was working well. My pie hole is staying closed from here on.

nuts! that is a common failure point - it fails regularly due to heat from the exhaust manifold - the hall sender is the connector immediately at the rear of the distributor

That may be good as I had the connector rebuilt and perhaps it is only loose. I will check.
