#1

I have the privilege of being on site as the car show moves into the Baltimore convention ctr. Walking around I noticed a few interesting new cars that are rater interesting. Here are a few pics from today. Slide show

Give it a few secs to load. The 1st is a dodge demon and the 2nd is the IS-F

lexus is a bit better i guess, though for some reason it reminds me of the M6..

Your not one to bite your tongue are you? I'm very interested in the IS-F as Toyota has really been talking big numbers as they enter the sport car world. I'm also interested in their Hybrid sports car.

The new camero is on display and the lines look great but I assume it drives like a grand am.

This show is somewhat of a disappointment, their is no GT-R, Porsche backed out 2 days before move in. Shelby and saleen appear to be no shows this time around as well.

, no never been one of those guys to hold back but I do so knowing that these things are entirely subjective so I recognize that my opinion is just that and nothing more... an opinion.

After all, "beauty is in the eye..." , right ?! Hey some people may think the 968 is an ugly car , though we all know those folks surely must be immediately removed from society and placed in a psych ward

When I was in Vegas for the SEMA show, I thought the new Mustang and the new Camaro had great lines.. but all these square shaped aluminum-overkill interiors so many mfgs seem to favor nowadays drive me insane !

I do agree Toyota / Lexus make nice cars.. it all started with the SC 430, IMO, and look forward to what they'll do in the sports domain as years go by, it's just that I feel if you pack 350 or 400HP in a car, make the damn thing look close to what a 4-door Ferrari would look like , not just a few air vents and a couple of flares on a bulky, boxy body line that is still closer to a family sedan than a sports vehicle..

They also had two 599 Fioranos in the showroom at SEMA and a month later I saw another one on a street in Pasadena, just as the owner was getting in and talked to him a bit... he thought this car was a whole level above the F430 he owned previously.. F**K, life must be nice for some..

B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L car !

tomorrow I bring the real camera. Question to any admin reading this. Is it better for me to host or post the pics. They'll will be pretty high res.

Well, I'm not an admin, but I'd strongly suggest resizing the pix to 1280p wide or smaller if they will appear fullsize on this page.

Otherwise text can't be read, because the overall document size gets blown out to some wildly wide dimension.

link to slide show. This time I used a better camera but I still suck at photography. Enjoy.
