Investments in big pharma? Dont have any investment any where in the pharmaceutical industry. The only things I have investments in currently, are cars, gold, silver, and precious/semi-precious gemstones, and minerals. Emeralds, saphires, rubies, etc.

Hahaha, nope no diamonds. It seems even a good chunk, if not all of the "certified" diamonds are actually blood diamonds. Im about as partial to the diamond industry (synthetic excluded) as I am big pharma. Synthetic diamonds are great, and have a ton of uses. Some of the stones I have are cut, and some arent. I used to get great deals on gemstones, friend of mine has a mine in South America. He used to come through AZ every year for the gem and mineral shows, and cut me awesome deals.

No. i think I paid like 60 bucks a karat on cut rubies. Nice stones too. not many inclusions, and nice cuts. Big money in cutting stones, if you have a lapidary saw, and skill.
Man, this is way OT, sorry Rhudeboye. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/popcorn.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

No prob Monster. I was really getting into the whole pharma conspiracy between you and Rap. Good stuff!
BOT- Spoiler for those that havent seen all of Season 4
I miss Gus! His presence was so entertaining. Like that creepy blank stare that was sometimes followed with a smile.
I love my 968 for what it is & don't hate it for what it isn't!

Yeah, Gus was a cool character. The way he went out was epic though.
Rap: I guess Im just hopelessly moralistic. Its certainly not always convenient. I dont base things on how much money I can make. More on what brings me enjoyment, and what I perceive to be right, or wrong. Nicotine is a very addictive drug, maybe even the most addictive drug there is. Other than the legalities, whats the difference between trafficking say, heroin and investing in Phillip Morris? Both hurt people, and cause severe addictions. Heroin trafficking is very profitable too, but I have moral onjections with it, same as cigarettes. To each their own, but I wont contribute to, and support the problem by funding it. Karma, and all that. label me a goofy hippie I guess.

I'm not a big TV guy either. I typically follow no more then 1 show a week. Up until a few months ago, the only show I cared about catching was Modern family. Very well written comedy.I have yet to see an episode that I would even classify as mediocre. They're all funny! I followed Burn notice for the first 2 seasons then lost interest. I loved 24! Man was that show entertaining. And like most people, I've seen more episodes of Law and Order then I can count but i don't watch it currently or follow any of the spin offs.
And why wont my You tube links in post #31 embed?
