dont know where else to post this.
Does anyone know who makes workshop manuals, if anyone for 968's?
There is no Chiltons, Haynes, or Bentley Manual for our cars.
To my knowledge only Porsche. They come up for sale every now and then and are primarily the 944 manuals with supplements. I have them on disc as I'm sure many others on this site do.

yea, i may have to buy the OEM Porsche Tech shop manuals. Maybe some one (Flash ?) should write one for all of us.
There is no home mechanic's guide for the 968. I find that a combo between the Haynes 944 manual and the Factory Manuals works for me. Have a look for the factory manuals on
http://www.cannell.co.uk/Manuals.htm.
Make sure to download 944 and 968 since the 968 manual refers to the 944 manual for a couple of things.
I found a site on ebay that sells all kinds of manuals including the 968. I did a search for 968 and the site came up I am sure it is still there as this was just 2 weeks ago that I found it. And I think this is a permanent offering as the company sells all sorts of manuals. Must be an Ebay store. It cost about $20.00 It comes on a CD and you need ADOBE reader and an INTERNET connection to run the disk. I took it to FedEx office, and they printed it back to back and punched holes for a fit to a 3 ring binder. The printing cost me $69.00 and a 2 inch binder from Office Depot cost $8.00 It has all 5 sections IE the complete manual. Of course you can just use it as a CD but I like the printed version better. It is 768 pages long by the way. The address of the company is

I'd hate to be the guy who bought those considering Sunset Porsche sells a new set on sale for 200 USD or you can download the manual for free from the above link.
they did have that price as a special deal, but sold through them in a hurry (i got a set though) - they are up around $400 now
