It looks like the age of the 968 is starting to catch up with me. First my heater control valve cracked on me while I was out on the track (coolant spewed everywhere, had to get a tow home :\ ). I got the HCV replaced and the other coolant hoses looked at and it all checked out, so I'm good on this.
Then on my way home today I got stuck in a little bit of stop and go and during this I realized that the clutch pedal was staying on the floor and not returning like normal. This definitely made the rest of the drive home interesting with the clutch not disenging. Luckily I live close to the highway so I just left it in 3rd all the way home. I was able to pop the clutch pedal back out with my hand (couldn't quite get enough leverage with my foot on the highway) and it appears to be operating fine for now. However, after reading the other posts on this same issue I don't want to chance this happening again (espeically on the track) so I'm going to go ahead and replace all the hydraulics for the clutch.

The other posts have good info about the procedure and things to watchout for, but I didn't see a full list of the parts that are needed for this job. I was going to call around tomorrow on prices for the master and slave and get the SS line from RSBarn (and some other goodies while I'm at it ). Are these the right part numbers for the job? Is there anything I'm missing in this list?

Master: 944.423.149.00
Slave: 944.116.237.02
High Pressure Hose: SS from RSBarn
Low Pressure: how many feet of this to get?

And yes I'll be getting a Motive Power Bleeder as well for bleeding the system

Hopefully I can get everything I need here and installed quickly so I still have a chance at getting out to the next DE day. Now are the times when I really wish I had a proper garage for working on my car rather than the common parking garage for the condo.

That was the exact feeling I had when my master went. I have already changed my slave hose as that was the first thing that went 3 days after buying my car - high and dry at the beach with my new car. Nothing says "Ha Ha" you rich Porsche owner worse when you pushing your car to the side of the road while people watch. Good thing I'm old enough to be comfortable driving with a starter motor and straight-cut gears. Drove to the mechanic and parked her.
Good Luck!
You can get all the parts from RS Barn.

R&R is pretty simple, the master is a bit of a pita.
Bleeding is a real pita, but the power motive will
be a big help.
the low pressure line (blue hose) is pretty short - pretty sure a foot will more than do it

as long as you are bleeding the clutch, this is the time to flush and bleed your brakes

2 liters should more than do it all
Thanks for the advice! I called Pete today and he's got me hooked up with the major pieces here (Thanks Pete!). So it won't be long now until everything is put back together.
Of course I couldn't put an order in at RSBarn and not get more stuff as well. The brake pedal has been pretty soft at the track so I got a set of the SS brake lines coming since I'll be flushing the system anyways. And since I'd been looking at it for a while, I've got one of Pete's stage1 chips coming as well

lol - funny how that happens
Awesome!
