I was looking thru the member list the other day, and noticed there are people who have not posted for years. I have no idea if they actually jump on every once in a while, but i suspect there are a lot who have fallen off, whether they sold their car or passed, or any other reason. Just wondering what the policy is for determining whether or not someone is still an active member of this forum.
we periodically check the "last seen" specs for members
there will be emails going around at some point to see what can be done about getting some folks active again
but, with the exception of those in the que awaiting validation and those who have joined in the last 60 days but not yet said "hi", at least every member on this site has posted
Posted, yes. but a couple of them had not in a long time, as in years. I was just courious of how long is too long, not a big deal.
there is no official "too long" policy
we went through and cleared out all the members who had not been on the site in a while and had never posted - we left everybody else as is
but, that being said, we are planning on going through and seeing where everybody is and contacting them to see how they are doing - lots of old friends we'd like to see again
