I purchased my car with a set of polished C2 Turbo wheels (aka Cup Ones). The fitment is 7x17 ET 55 front and 7.5x17 ET 55 rear. I just purchased a set that included 7.5 ET 65 fronts and I was wondering if they are the preferred wheel or if the 7x17 ET 55s were preferred. It is my understanding that the 968 factory fitment was 7.5 ET 65. Comments?

The M030 C2 Turbo wheel option was 7.5x17 ET65 (225/45/17 tires) in front and 9x17 ET55 in rear (255/40/17 tires). These are what I have on my early 94 M030 car....

+1 on the spec from Blau. That is what my car came with as a factory option.

That's what is on my 93 with the 17" wheel option as well. My favorite wheel on the car.
