XR 2 Big Red Front-Should use 964 bias valve with XR 3 Rear List $345 Intro price $296
Note. Most customers are getting 20% longer life than other racing pads and nice polished rotors.
I have these pads on my car and they are AWESOME! I had the porterfields on before, and these are so much better I had to relearn braking points and heel/toe as I didn't have to press down on the pedal as much. No noticeable brake fade in my 30 minute track sessions at Laguna Seca a couple weeks ago. I just have the stock brakes too.
How about break dust ? Compared to stock pads for example... A lot more, less, or, about the same ?
I don't pay attention to brake dust much, I don't have a fancy clean street car like yourself <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.png" class="smilie" alt="" /> I don't think this is a street pad anyways, I get a good amount of squeaking with low speed braking. Porterfields were more than fine for the street.
There is a set winging their way over to me. I will provide an update in the New Year as there is once again many mods to be undertaken at the end of the season in preparation for the New Year. Hopefully they are as good as everyone is saying and there is a couple of seconds in them.
Hi. ny view on these pads Craig?
Not yet. THey are installed, waiting for the rest of the mods to be done prior to picking up the car. Hold-up is custom made head gasket to decompress the engine.
