My tumbler/latch mechanisms were all gummy and dirty after 18 years so they received a good dose of Brake Clean. Before I put on new seals and button up the handles I was wondering whether the linkage was assembled dry or did Porsche put a light machine oil on any of these parts to reduce wear? The are part plastic and part metal so I am not sure what I want to do.
