It appears that Parts Heaven in Hayward has taken in 3 968s in the past month or so. Here are the details:

1994 Coupe, 6 speed, Red/Black interior, WPOAA2962RS820229, damage not clear from the photo

1993 Coupe, 6 speed, Red/black interior, WPOAA2968RS820090, front end damage

1992 Cabrio, Tip, appears to be amethyst exterior, unk. interior, front end damage, WPOCA2963NS840355

The VIns are taken from the Parts Heavens web site.

There is also a nice looking 944 S2 Cabrio that appears to be undamaged and may be for sale as a complete car.

As I am currently unemployed and can only spend so much time on the job search, if someone needs something checked out let me know. I'm going to go and see if any of these cars have the engine compartment trim pieces.

Doesn't appear that I'll be out of work all that long there are three firms very interested in me. Meanwhile my 968 is getting some work and upgrades done. Got to spend that unemployment money constructively.
Wow their prices are pretty high, at least for the interior bits. Do they typically run high?
I don't have a good feel for how their prices compare to other sources. I bought a head light assembly and a fog light assembly and I found their prices comparable, but it was just the one purchase.
Wow, yeah, like a Tiptronic for $3,500.00. I guess that is what they go for.

Roland
not specifically at Parts Heaven , but just about everywhere expect the NLA parts to probably command HUGE money, they may go for 100% - 200% higher than they were priced when brand new, even at dealer retail $$ levels.
