Anyone know this guy or this car?

Nice.
Very nice!

However, pretty pointless since you can't drive it anywhere in the US. Too nice (and rare) to be a track day car. Museum piece?
I bet you could get it federalized. I've seen a bunch of imported 911's. The airbags would be a b*tch to add into the wiring harness though.
I know it and it's owner, it was at Parade in Savannah. It's track car quality, would take a little work to make it a clean museum piece. If you can sit and stare at it for the next 6 years you could register it and drive it. It will be 25 years old at that point and be exempt from the federalization stuff.
Or you could move to Canada and drive it right away It's a 1980 anyway, should be old enough!
For "no accidents" the DS is sure messed up...
Those aren't original Club Sport seats, nor is the steering wheel genuine. Pity.
According to the listing, it has factory Recaro's?
They look like factory pieces to me. You can order new covers from Recaro in cloth, leather, alcantara...
I know the car very well.
They aren't factory Recaro's. These seem painted carbon replicas widely available. The original rear shell for the Club Sport was uniquely made by recaro for Porsche, hence the much similar Pole Position and SPG seats aren't exactly the same.

Meh, now I'm not so sure after all. I've been seeing a lot of these seats (both IRL and online) both original and copies lately, and it seems I've started to mix things up. Will have a look again tomorrow with fresh eyes (its late here ).

Edit 2: yeah I stand by my original verdict. These are taken from a 968 CS and have the correct 944. part number:

TonD is absolutely right. Seats are definitely not original items. Not sure about the steering wheel- looks like a genuine item except Porsche emblem, which, however, could be just glued on top. Despite these minor things it looks like a very nice car.
Agreed that the steering wheel might be original with an emblem glued on. And yes, very nice car indeed, just wanted to point out what I thought was the deal.
Yeah, the nose is really jacked up, and the two headlights don't sit in their holes right... or at least not symmetrical to each other. Something backed into it, or someone sat on it. Shame.

Oh yeah.... and it's not a cab.
I like that roll cage.
The hood is certainly askance. Or is it askew?
Not all Clubsports came with the recaro seats, I think it was a no cost option to go for the normal seats. A bit like a GT3 clubsport and touring versions. Same as M030 was an option or the LSD I think was also an option.
This is a very rare and correct CS. Feww were fitted with this combination of options. We refer to these cars as "Cup" as they had all of the competition deletes and add back options available......

The cage is made using Matters design drawings (they went out of business). Matter had to go through TUV (and FIA in some exampls) approval on their designs.

100% for sure that the seats are correct and original. The seat covers were very likly either custom made or perhaps ordered from Recaro?

The steering wheel crest looks like a stick on. I would try to clean this off personally

This car would sell for 20 - 30k euros in Germany now.

Correct.

Ordering M030 included M220. But you could, however, order M220 alone
