I have a set of 17x8.5 and 17x10 Fikse Profil 10's sitting in my garage waiting for some rubber in the spring...they are very lightweight and I don't think I would ever want to run them on the street...because I bet they would bend very easily.
I'd bet that a lot of the manufacturers who do their own wheels (well, mainly 3-piece manufacturers) will have the capability to do them in multiple offsets - I know Rotiform (big in the Audi/VW scene) have lathes/drill presses set up in their warehouse/office to drill any bolt-pattern into their faces (which they can get blank and undrilled) - a friend of mine used to work there and offered to make some wheels in 5x130 if I was interested. Wouldn't hurt to ask any of the guys you're interested in wheels from.
