I'm a bit skeptical that of the cars that list you can find plenty choices of Bentley C turbo, " ANY " Aston Martin , Noble, or Maserati GTs for under $ 50 k on eBay , without some shady history of the car's condition factoring in that price..but I could be wrong. Just skeptical .
Interesting list. I actually think most of them could actually be had for under $50K, largely because there's such a tiny market for cars like these, that selling them must be extremely difficult. Most sellers are impatient, and have their eye on something to do with the proceeds of the sale, so after a few weeks of the sound of crickets chirping, they can get pretty motivated, and will cave on their price. The problem is that there's a reason most of these cars have miniscule markets - most of them are probably a pain in the a$$ to own, as most are finicky, high-strung beasts that are difficult to find parts for, and very expensive to maintain. This may be why cars like older 911's, which are relatively bullet-proof compared to most of the cars on this list, hold their value so well.

Edit: I clicked on the links within the descriptions of a few of the listed cars, and they appear to be actual eBay ads. For example, the Esprit sold of $37,995! Seems like a steal for a bona-fide supercar, but again, I think owning one could be a nightmare.
nice list!
Here's another walk down supercar memory lane ..

I still love the looks of the NSX, and given the right opportunity I would love to have one someday. Seems that they have risen in value more than our beloved 968s, so I wouldn't be able to make a trade.

Me too.

But I wonder ( in that it's a Japanese car ) if it's much more reliable than the 968 , or if all relatively high performance cars have the plague ...
