I would think that with some 100 D1R splitters installed, there should be a glut of bat wings out these, but I had an inexplicably hard time finding a replacement for mine awhile back as well. I guess people are holding onto their bat wings in preparation for that one curb that takes out their splitter....

Most of them are really beat up. One part that's probably worth buying new.

I went looking for one and after an extensive search found one. When it finally got to me, I found it was really garbage and tossed it. I purchased a new one from the dealership. Took a week to get it. Price was reasonable.

When you bought new, where did you get it? Sunset Porsche? How much was it?

Local dealership but at same price as sunset, no shipping. Had to tell him sunsets price to get him to match it. Was around 250 as I recall but very happy with it. Don't forget to buy the two nuts (1 for each outside aft corner) as the studs corrode. Mine snapped off when loosening the original one.

Thanks, I'll give my local dealer a call.

Here is my order from Sunset in 2008. batwing (front apron) (front apron) and all the supporting hardware that I selected from the PET. If they are still around $250, then that is good news if they haven't gone up.

Current price from Sunset is about the same as the price above.
