Recently bought a new book: Porsche 924/928/944/968 The Complete Story by Glen Smale. Thought it was a good history of the development of the front engine/transaxle Porsche, good details on the evolution and various models. Lots of good pictures. But only 23 pages out of 190 are on the best model of the series. But worth a read.
For those that are able to make it to the Porsche Museum (until October 2016), there is a soft cover book on the Transaxle Era for Eu$9 which is well worth the money. All kinds of pictures of unique cars and prototypes.
Did you buy some for all of us? :-)
Is there a part number on the book that we could order one?
You have to post more pics of the exhibit, I saw the few you did and I want more, more I say!
My car is featured in this book!, I was totally unaware of the info I gave to a guy who visited our club night a few years ago was to be used in a book! photo of my car looks good in print though....
Which car is yours? I'll reread about it.
My car is on page 183-184, '968 owners view' Photo was taken at the local OPC after the club visit.
what no model release? no permission to use a photograph in a book. Sue and buy us all a new Targa lol
