Does your car run kinda rough for about 3-5 seconds? (sounds like it's missing)

Chime in folks, let me know...
Nope. Sounds like a contented kitty.
No, it runs very smooth at idle speed after start up. Good luck, Bob Blackwell.
I've ordered a new cap and rotor. Let's see if that clears it up...

Thanks for the feedback!

If anyone else wants to chime in, go ahead...

While on the subject of start-up issues, let me run this one by y'all:

Belts/pulleys have less than 2500 miles on them. When I start up cold, (well, as cold as it gets here in Las Vegas) I have a bit of "whine" for maybe 1-2 minutes. And yes, the re-tensioning/check was done on time.

Should I be concerned? Doesn't sound "bad", just a cold pulley.
Sounds perfectly normal. That is how some of us tension our belts along with the twist method.
