I just wanted to give props when they are deserved. I just put on my second set, this time on the '94, and they look great IMO. Harvey supplies a great product at a fair price. you can check them out on Ebay, or contact him direct at 944nut@comcast.net.
i love mine
harvey rocks!!!
have Harveys SS sills on all 3 of the Porsches and they are great at saving that painted surface and I think they improve the appearance. Highly recommended.
I've been looking at getting some sills. Can we have pictures, and a link to Harveys products? Thanks.

i agree. i've heard rave reviews.
does anyone have a glamour shot???
thanks, z.
do they come as a pair or is the price for each side?
very nice.
if santa's nice, maybe i'll get some in my stocking this year.
the sills that Harvey makes are really top notch. I have sets in the 3 Porsches with the minature cloisonne badge - its a really nice touch on the car. The SS parts are a perfect fit, edges are even finished off so you don't get cut, and comes with the 3M DS tape installed. Just remove the sills from the plastic bags, dry fit onto the car (now's the time to clean it up and maybe put a coat of Rejex on the exposed edges). Then remove the backing tape - line it up and presto - done!
Looks like this when installed on the 968 cab (excuse the burns in the carpets from the P.O. - I have new OEM piece and door sill moldings going in soon) and in the 951S (the earlier versions had a nice little "return" lip on the inside - but not really required)
And yes, that is a 986/996 CF brake handle I modded and installed in the car - to match the 996 Tip shifter (the P.O. had some monstrosity of a lump installed in the car).

attachment=998]The previous owner had put these in mine. Not quite my cup of tea (the don't make the car go faster ), but they are nice looking... Not sure where they come from. Sorry, best pic of them is really a pic I forwarded of my cage .
I also purchased these sills from the same place, but ran into a issue. My sills had been jumped on by the currier service and destroyed. When I contacted him about that had happened, he was very distant and did not want to deal with the issue. Hopefully if yours get bent in the mail you will not have to go thru what I did . Btw they are a great looking product.
