Anyone know where I can purchase steel wheel nuts for track use? Thanks in advance.
IIRC, I got mine from Paragon.
I want to make sure they are compatible with the Porsche wheels (ball style and not cone style)
Paragon's are, that's where I got mine as well.
Only downside is that they will begin to show a bit of rust over the winter (the lug nuts that is). Not an issue for me, but you'll notice it versus the allow OEM units.
One more for Paragon. I get practically everything from them these days -- too bad they don't sell groceries as well.
Thanks for the speedy replies....
mine came with my wheels, but, 2 years and no rust - of course, you probably have to get the car wet for that, which means driving it, which means...........
which means............washing it??? They rust almost as fast as rotors. I'm surprised you don't have any rust. It really is hard to dry the lugnuts unless you use compressed air.
I think Flash was taking a shot at me over the lack of road time my 968 sees. BTW, the lug nuts are for the 944. Anyone coming to Charlotte for Parade?
lol - no, i don't wash my car (well, almost never) - while i've seen it on others, i've never had lug nuts rust on any of my cars though, so i'm not sure what that's about
gene - lol - hadn't thought about that, but ok - i was actually besmirching myself, but if it fits you too................
