I'm pretty sure there were, can anyone confirm? I need to find some manual seat sliders from a 968 specifically.

Just a thought, have you checked the one used in the CS, [club sport]? If you have a copy of the Porsche Pet, all the sliders should be listed together.
Wouldn't the sliders from a 944 work too? I thought the seats were basically the same.
Indeed, this problem has now been solved via RSBarn and Brey Krause. The problem with the old 911/944 sliders is that they do not have the inner seatbelt buckle plate mounting point that the 968s have. Aftermarket Recaro sliders don't either, but the Brey Krause item works with the Recaro sliders to provide this attachment point.

Its so I don't have to hoopty-rig an attachment belt point to use the stock belts......I'm loathe to monkey around with anything that's designed to keep me from flying through the windshield.

While it sounds like you've solved your problem (I think), I'll get back to your question and say - my car has manual fore-and-aft position and manual seat back angle. The only power is for moving the front and rear of the seat up and down.
my recaro sliders came with that attachement
Integrated, or with a separate piece?

I can't remember, are your seats manual or power?

Ah yes, now I remember that factor and why I didn't go with it. My supplier figured it would take a really long time to get them. Currently searching....
