I cleaned up the RS4 a couple of weekends ago and before I detailed it I snapped a few shots. Thought some people might enjoy them. The brakes are massive, like 14.5" 8-piston. Anyones, to the encore!

Yes, 4.2L V8 420hp, 0-60 4.3. Its pretty intense...has probably the most linear power band of any car that I have ever sat in. On top of that, you have enough torque for just about anything. Its a wonderful car to chug around town in, then open it up at a track day and woop some ass.

Too bad it's not an Avant -- I've always had a thing for whipping ass in a station wagon. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/wink.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

We had a 1.8T Avant Ultrasport a few cars ago. The basic 1.8 mods, intake/exhaust/chip. It was stout, but not fast. I mean there is only so much 250hp can do trying to move a 2 ton car. I must say though, the 1.8T is much more enjoyable with the 6-speed vs. the older A4 5-speed.
