I'm planning on getting these sometime this year http://www.paragon-products.com/product_p/...4rearcupkit.htm at 250 spring rate. Is there an equivalent koni suspension for the front? I can't justify spending $4500 for an all-round racing suspension just to have all 4 corners covered. I figure that since the rear costs $900, there should be something for the front that costs just as much, right? Or am I looking for something that doesn't exist?
that is a stiff spring unless you are also planning on stiffening up the front quite a bit - you would need to go from the stock 160 to somewhere about 350lbs front to match that (with a lot of factors involved in that decision)

with the koni front struts, you can add the ground control collars and put any spring you want in there - that's what i did up there

lol - let me know if you need springs - i'm sitting on a bunch in varying rates (changed them out a few times playing around with this, and about to do it again) - so is pete

Have you talked to Jason @ Paragon Products to get his advice?

Karl.
If you have to reindex the rear torsion bars anyhow, why no just add the spring rate with them at the same time and save some money?
250 is still? Hmm, well I want something for both DE events, and road use. I remember reading that 250 was a good middle ground for that. And 220 or so for the front. But you say that I should just get some koni struts and put on a set of springs huh? Worth a shot

Though since I may have to go do another pricy peice of maintenance next month (clutch, hydraulics, rear seal, etc), I'll probably hold off untill the summer or so. Might need to get a new set of tires first too.

wjk_glynn: I haven't talked to anyone from Paragon, though I think I should. I'll probably be getting stuff from them soon

If you can, speak to Jason. He's very knowledgable on the Koni products.
