Yesterday I finally finished clearing my driveway of the 4 inches of ice that fell two weeks ago so I could move the cars in and out of the garage. This morning we got a 1/4 inch of sleet and so far about 2 inches of snow and it is still coming down. ARRRRG I hope it doesn't change over to freezing rain as they have been predicting.
Hey Mark,

Down here in Burke/Fairfax, it hasn't turned to rain yet...all snow and still coming. I've been out 2 times and getting ready to go back out. I did take the 968 out for a spin yesterday at the office...had to get a little fix.

Hi Mark,

1:30 here and the snow has not yet begun to fall. They are calling for a snow event of 2" -4" here topped off with "wintry mix" through rush hour tomorrow. Can't wait to see how the Miata handles on Dunlop SP's...oh well, only a short trip to the train.

On the good side walks and driveways are already salted, wood is in the fireplace and a pot of chicken stew on the stove.

I'll be dreaming tonight about driving the 968 through green countryside with the top down....radio on......mmmmmm....

Shoulda been born in California...

Hey Darryl-

I also got nice ride into the office yesterday. A quick sprint down B/W Pky made going in on a Sat worth my while. Had a nice little run with a stunning M3 as well.

Bowie MD. The snow is heavy and yes, sticking. I hear its could go up to 4".
Well it appears to have stopped here for the moment, so far about 6 inches on the ground hopefully no freezing rain will arrive.
I'm about to make a quick run to pick up dinner, then I'll pull into the driveway and put the cover on. Should be the morning cleanup a little easier. Some day, maybe I'll have garage capacity for two cars, but right now the 968 is an outdoors car.

What is it that takes precedence over the 68?
I went and visited mine today. It is a a garage I am renting until my house is done being built.

I sat in it for a couple of minutes and then left.

My parents say I need help, I say I need Spring.

I was born in Calif, but now live in Florida. It is spring time here. The below photo was taken about 60 minute drive from my house a few weeks ago.

Yeah, it's tough to be stuck down here in FL for six months! Of course, that's the only way I can get the better half to let me indulge my Porsche fascination!

This Sportfisher was anchored out in front of my Condo a few days ago... great display of disposable income!
