The hood is completed, now the worst bit, the sun is shining and the hood must stay up for one week.
This is a must due to the tension that has to releave itself over time.
Failing to do so will resault in fractured roof bars i am told!

We need more detailed instructions now. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />
I'm glad to see you got it finished, I chickened out and had someone do mine. I got the car back yesterday and am now driving around top up in 70+ degree weather.
The new top looks aMAZing. Well done. Is it really a manageable DIY project? I really could use a top, but... This past summer I replaced the dashboard (which I first thought was a crazy project to tackle, but it was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be). I have to decide whether or not to tackle the top, or to also chicken out.
