Could not find 'just ' a wheels pics and specs thread. Thought I would start a new thread just about wheel pics and specs so that others looking to change wheels might find some useful info.
These are 18x 8.5 and 18x 10 inch rims put on by PO. I don't have the offset but these look like ebay type.

Tires: Yokohama Parada rear 275/35 front 225/40
i'm going to be doing something similar, in a chart form, including weights and offsets - this will help me though for sure - filling in the blanks would help too
That would be great...maybe with "find" by size or by 'style" or 'click on' little pics....
Is it easier for you if we submit to a thread like this and then transcribe data to the chart?
I just picked up a set Kinesis K58's
18x8 and 18x9.5
They should be here this weekend. I was going to spring for some brand new CCW's, but the K58 has always been on my short list.
Here are some pics of the different wheels I have or have had. Also a pic of the new wheels I just picked up.

I like the last set....
I have been driving the 951 for the last month. Just sold the 944.
Drove the 68 today.

In the pic with the 911 behind you.... If they made/make a wheel like the Turbo Twists, but skinnier, like the rims on the 911 behind you..... THAT's what I'd want.
They look like carrera light weights.
OEM 997 Carrera III
F: 8x18 offset 57 / 22 lbs. 13 oz. Tires are 235/40/18
R: 10x18 offset 58 / 22 lbs. 15 oz.. Tires are 265/40/18
(Note: Tires came mounted when I bought the wheels - I would have preferred, and I think the "better" fit, would have been 265/35/18 on the rear.)

Smokie,
What are the rims in the second pic? They look like BBS. Those are my favorite.

Correct, they were K27's.
17x8 offset??
17x9 offset??
I sold them last winter.
I am excited about the K58's I just got.
I will eventually have the centers reanodized gun metal grey.
Simuse: those wheels look like they are made for the 968!
Remind me of a set of Borbet's I used to have...

Blue, there are some companies doing black chrome which looks really elegant, assuming you have any existing wheels to chrome.

skip the cut and paste. save pic to desktop (or some easy to find location) and 'browse' files until U find it. then double click on image file to 'add' file location , then click add attachment.
remember ..limited pic Kb on posts
Yeah Smokiemon! That's what I'm talkin about!! Anything with five spokes and wide rim is just bad ass looking! Gives our cars a tougher stance!
