Do all 968s have an alternator cooling shroud on the back side?

Mine doesn't, but I have a reman that someone put on before me, so it could have been lost then. I thought they deleted them on the 968's.

My 94 doesn't have one ... I saw this image on the net (may be from a 944, too) and wondered ...

I know the 944's had them. A lot of people got rid of them as they were a pain and got in the way.

many of the bosch alternators had this...don;t know about the 968

968s do not have this, it is from a 924 or maybe early 944 and must of those have been lost/removed.
