Nice car, thanks for posting the pictures.
Takes me back to high school and one of my favorite movies.

I like the looks of the 928. I have never had a chance to drive one...I imagine the power is pretty impressive.

Impressive indeed. The V8 has a tremendous pull all the way up to about 105mph But thats it.. Perhaps when chipped they do better at the top end.
I've heard people say that the 928 is on par with the 968 performance wise but from my experience, the V8 pulls much stronger then our 4s can.

The 32v cars have much more to go above 100mph. The 87 928 set the world speed record for fastest production car on the salt flats. They will run right to to about 165 without an issue. There are 928s with stroked motors in the 200+ mph club.
I had the opportunity to ride in a 928 on the autobahn in the mid 80's. It was a great shark on the Autobahn. I almost bought a 928. The great lines on the 968 won me over instead.
I read about the 928 having electrical issues. What gives there? The 968 doesn't have a reputation of a lot of electrical issues...

I love the looks of the 928. Looks like it is going to drive up and eat you whole. Very shark like - menacing in the extreme.
