Accusump - yay or nay

The Accusump system claims to maintain engine oil pressure under high-G forces. (Accusump system).



The general opinion amongst Porsche Club members here is that the water cooled Porsche engines (944/968/928) are reasonably robust on the track provided you keep the oil topped to the upper mark at all times. Main bearings have been known to fail, but generallly this this is rare and usually due to low oil level. I am considering the the Accusump option to eliminate even the possibility.



Interested to hear your experiences / views on fitting one of these to my 968CS - which will be tracked hard.
