968 Ignition Wires FS
#1

These are like-new, OE wires I replaced as a "shot in the dark," trying to fix a problem that turned out to be something else. The replacements were $160! My loss your gain: $50 plus shipping.

How old are they? I'm interested - I need a set.

They are off of my 95 which I bought in August 2003. The service records do not indicate that they were changed, so they might be original, but the records are missing for the first 21k so I can't be sure. The car lived a very sheltered, pampered life, which is evident by the condition of the wires - not to mention the whole car.

BTW, the problem I was trying to correct turned out to be a timing belt that was installed 1 tooth off - by a Porsche dealer, I might add. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/dry.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

I would guess they are the originals. I'm sure they are good but I will probably go for new ones.
