Just upgraded from the stock 16" Cup Wheels to 17" Chromed Twists. Man, the car looks great. It now has a much wider stance from behind that reminds you of 911/993 profile. I'm now running Michelin Pilot Sports all around.

Fronts: 205/40/ZR17

Rear: 255/40/ZR17

With the new dark window tint. She just looks MEAN!!

These cars just keep getting better & better!!!

Is your car lowered in the rear?

Yes, I lowered it with the 16" wheels to give it a better look. Now with the twists I like it even better.

Jeff, those calipers look real nice. Did you paint them, and if so what paint did you use? What about the Porsche logo - stencil or stickers? Is that a custom exhaust or did you just put on twin tips?

Yeah, if you notice in the older photos I had the calipers black. I cleaned them up and used the RED Dupi-Color Caliper brush-on paint from AutoZone. I put two coats of red then ordered the Heat shield caliper lettering from a guy off of eBay. He creates his own computerized stenciling and offers these in about 10 different colors. His eBay store is ZenonMods. Just search under Porsche Brake Caliper lettering. This guy was great! For $7 he sends you 6 heat shield decals in case you screw one or two up. I then put 3 coats of Dupli-Color high heat Clear coat on the labels and calipers. Man, this stuff makes them shine and gives them awesome durability.

Here is the contact info for the heat-shield lettering and of course, Dupli-Color is available everywhere (AutoZone, Advance, etc.)

Good luck,

Sorry, forgot to respond to the exhaust tips. These were custom installed by previous owner. I really don't like them; they look okay but it gives the car a very mellow tone. I'd change the tips but the PO butchered up the connection area with a torch and welder. I guess they stay until I can figure something else out.

Thanks for the info. This will definitely be one of those "when I get around to it" jobs.
