G'day everyone,

 

I've just joined the forum as my partner has just purchased a 1993 968 Tiptronic in Violet Blau. The car came with a new paint job but very patchy service history. We've replaced the flex damper as it was becoming noisy, and I'll do a basic minor service as soon as the car is back from getting the A/C compressor replaced.

 

I've already ordered the belt kit and will likely do the chains and guides at the same time.

 

I should add, I've had a 911 for 21 years but this is my first experience with a transaxle.
