What do you think the difference between the two years of 968 was? It did not list cab and coupe.

I would assume they gathered their data from numerous publications. Separate publications run their separate tests, and so derived different results. I've seen data range from 5.6 0-60 up to 6.4 for the 968 w/ 6spd. The data just gives a general sense of what is out there with similar straight line performance.
